In-person statements
In last year’s income campaign, a total of 316,900 income statements were submitted through the in-person assistance service in offices . This year as a novelty, the organization has incorporated a new means of assistance through the Income ‘Informator’ .
This tool, accessible on the web within the section dedicated to the campaign, includes all the traditional income information blocks , although restructured and systematized to be able to offer the information that each taxpayer requires from simple questions asked by the tool itself.
Regarding other channels, although not new, the Tax Agency began in early May to prepare tax returns by telephone through the ‘We Call You’ plan , which this year maintains a design that allows serving the same taxpayer profile from day one that in the face-to-face care in the offices, and also to new groups that need it, such as the recipients of the Minimum Living Income (IMV) or the Temporary Employment Regulation File (ERTE).
Regarding this presentation channel, once the taxpayer requests an appointment (the application online or through automatic service is recommended at 901 12 12 24 and 91 535 73 26) and chooses a morning or afternoon schedule, the system He proposes a day and an hour in which he will receive the call from the Treasury official.
The Tax Agency recalls that it is very convenient for the taxpayer to have available the information and documentation necessary to make the declaration when they receive the call.
In turn, and in order to mitigate an eventual loss of appointments to the detriment of all taxpayers, citizens are asked to cancel the appointment by the same means by which they obtained it if they have decided not to use it. As for the rest of the presentation channels, in addition to the main telematic channel, which is the AEAT website (www.agenciatributaria.es), the presentations through the Agency’s mobile application stand out.
