State-of-the-art training
The CIFC contributes to developing and implementing innovative programs so that students can function successfully in today’s complex environment.
A unique and exhaustive training designed by an expert teaching team in their fields that, in turn, is a meeting point to reflect and exchange initiatives with other professionals regarding opportunities and improvements in their organization or sector. To achieve these objectives, the International Center for Continuous Training has, among others, a strategic ally: simulation.
The use of the simulation methodology is a differential feature of all the UManresa studies. Thanks to CISARC, the Center for Innovation in Simulation provided by the University, students can accelerate learning and acquire skills to improve and grow professionally.
These are facilities designed to simulate scenarios comparable to those of their daily professional life, in which the participants experience circumstances that force them to think, make decisions, work as a team, negotiate and resolve adverse situations.
