Tibidabo Park in Barcelona: Tickets, price, hours and attractions. The park management encourages you to go up to the top of the mountain without a car.
The Tibidabo Amusement Park in Barcelona reopens this Saturday with about 80% of its attractions in operation after being closed since October. This is the basic visitor’s guide that you should know.
From 12 to 21 hours.
La Cuca de Llum will be the main access to the top of the park, which will increase the capacity to 252 passengers per journey and offers educational content in virtual format inside. With its renovation, it seeks to achieve sustainable mobility in the mountains and reduce about 1,500 tons of CO2 in five years.
The other key points of this new mobility will be the three Tibibus launchers -which will reach the lower station of the funicular-, as well as the creation of new greenways to climb on foot to the summit. Most of the Tibidabo attractions are suitable for all audiences.
Attractions still closed
Some of the attractions that are temporarily closed are the Tibidabo plane, the Creatibi and the Hotel Krüeger, although practically all of them are expected to open towards the end of the season.
The new rate model raises the price of the ticket for adults and children over 1.20 meters to 35 euros – previously it cost 28.50 euros – although the price includes the trip in the Cuca de Llum and the service of pitcher, while the rest of rates do not go up.
Using the funicular alone will cost 12 euros and parking the car at the top will cost 13 euros, a fee that is intended to dissuade visitors from taking the car, according to those responsible for the park.
The Tibiclub will have an annual cost of 152 euros for the whole family and 54 euros if it is individual, to which is added the 24 euros of registration fee, although exceptionally it will be free until July 31.
To guarantee the security measures required by the health situation, the capacity of the enclosure has been limited, hydroalcoholic gel points have been placed, disinfection has been intensified, the catering offer has been adapted to the ‘take away’ format and signage with recommendations on hygienic measures.
