Minster General Housing Association owns and manages 1,600 homes in towns and cities across the East of England. The Association chose Smye Holland Associates to promote and maintain a consistent profile of Minster amongst its residents, potential residents, local authorities and development partners.

We publicise new developments and initiatives, as well as Minster's excellent record in housing management, as part of an on-going media relations campaign covering the whole of the region. In addition we research, write, design and produce a number of internal and external publications for Minster, ranging from the annual report and a news update for external audiences to a magazine for tenants and a newsletter for staff.

We designed and developed the original Minster website and have recently enhanced it to reflect Minster's changing image and to include more information for a variety of audiences. The website features news pages as well as information for residents and for housing applicants.

Our public relations activities extend beyond the written word - both on paper and on screen - into areas such as arranging sponsorship of community awards and advising on corporate identity.
