Smye Holland Associates helps property developer Larkfleet Group and its subsidiaries – including building contractor F E Peacock – strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, local communities and politicians.

Larkfleet has a wide-ranging development programme encompassing homes, offices and specialist uses such as medical facilities. It has particular skills in working with housing associations in the delivery of affordable and special needs housing.

We assist with a targeted media relations programme which highlights the positive aspects of developments – such as meeting local housing needs, creating jobs and safeguarding the natural environment. This is part of a communications strategy designed to help secure planning consents and raise the profile of the company with potential partners such as landowners and registered social landlords.

We help to organise events to mark milestones in development and assist with other communications activities such as advertising and websites.

Beyond the development phase we are involved in such things as show home openings and other activity designed to help sell the company’s products.
