Smye Holland Associates was established in 1987 by founding partners Stephanie Smye and Mike Holland. We became a limited company in 1999.

We are a small and friendly team based in a converted Victorian house in the centre of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire - a great city in which to live and work.

We work hard (we are driven by a philosophy of client service and achieving real, measurable results to meet our clients’ objectives) but we try to have fun while we are doing it.

Specialising in business-to-business marketing and community consultation, we provide marketing communications and public relations services to a broad range of companies.

Reducing environmental impact

As well as working hard for our clients we work hard to minimise our impact on the environment. We were founder members of the Business and Environmental Management Scheme (BEMS), an award winning programme that through continual assessment encourages businesses to reduce waste, pollution and noise by reducing consumption of energy and raw materials.

We are committed to the continual improvement of our environmental performance and have an environmental policy which helps us to focus on reducing key impacts associated with our business. In particular this focuses on:

• Reducing consumption of materials, water and energy.
• Waste reduction.
• Recycling.

We set targets in these areas and put procedures in place to meet them and, where possible, further reduce them.

We are also committed to working with our suppliers and contractors to engage their full support for this policy through active participation and cooperation.
