BILCO LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE
Roof hatch, smoke vent and access equipment supplier Bilco UK has updated and relaunched its website www.bilcouk.com to include – among other things – video of its products in action.
Among the products featured in the videos are single leaf smoke vents which automatically open to the legally-required 140 degrees, reducing the possibility of smoke being blown back into the building, and roof access hatches that feature easy single-handed opening and closing, allowing users to keep one hand on the ladder for improved safety.
The website also provides links to detailed product specifications, downloads of CAD and other files, and a large number of case studies showing how Bilco products have been used in a wide variety of applications across the UK.
In addition, there is information on the full range of the company’s standard products and of its design and manufacturing service which provides purpose-designed equipment to meet individual requirements.
The website highlights the US-based company’s 80-plus-year history and its presence in the UK since 1989 where it has now built up a large team and a reputation among architects, engineers, specifiers and the construction trades for providing the right access solution.
